No. Share your approximate budget, timing and reason for moving or buying. We can help narrow the options and explain whether a rental, a personal purchase or an investment search fits the goal you’ve described.

What does the service cost?

The initial conversation is free and carries no obligation. Before you engage an agent, that agent explains representation, any fee payable by you and when it is due in writing. Property and transaction costs are discussed separately.

Can you help an international buyer or renter?

Yes. Tell us where you’re based and your plans. We can arrange remote tours, explain the property’s requirements and coordinate with the relevant professionals. We work in English and Spanish; other languages depend on agent availability.

Does investment support include ongoing management?

The service described here covers your property search and purchase. Ongoing property management, renovations and other services need separate arrangements. Tell us what you may need so we can discuss the professionals involved.
